Three Tropical Canna Plants
Give your patio a tropical feel with this collection of Three Canna. Large palm like leaves unravel from a central stem as they grow with tropical coloured flower in late summer. Hardy in most gardens in a sheltered spot all year round where the foliage dies down to an underground tuber although best grown in containers so they can easily be moved into a dry storage area in winter. A semi tender perennial plant with large palm tree like caudate shaped leaves and a spire of flowers in vibrant shades. In late spring the leaves unfurl as the stem stretches vertically. Both Carmen and Emily have lush grey green leaves whilst Wilma has striped and bronzed edged foliage. Carmen carries scarlet red blooms. Emily yellow with orange speckles and Wilma vibrant tangerine.
